great servce for broadband phone service dreadfull

after contacting cust support I do not recieve answers just escalation I have been waiting for my phone transfer now for  8 days over the agreed date with no news or timescale of completion

Unfortunately your ticket appears to have got stuck in the system (we're looking into how that happened).
