after complaining on the forum on tuesday night, I received a call from chriss pettitt, and i must give credit where it,s due.As originally stated regarding a non appearance by the telephone engineer, \i was told by the girl at plusnet , it would probably be 21st october before the apointment would be re scheduledHowever chris rearranged it for today, and the engineer arrived bang on timejavascript:void(0); 
and couldn,t have been more pleasant and helpful.This was finished up later in the day with a telephone call from Chris to chedk everything was ok. My faith as a new customer with Plusnet has been restored !!!!
