losing connection slow speed

hi new to forum,been with plusnet about 3 months,not to impressed with slow speeds,the last week in the evenings keep losing connection says server can not be found,not connected,does anyone know what this can be,or is it something else i have to put up with,didnt have any problem when with sky.

Hi there,
You've got a fairly intermittent connection there.
This will have an adverse affect on your speed also.
I'd recommend raising a fault to us here so that we can check it out and get it sorted for you.
