why has the metronet forum disappeared along with squirrel mail
The change is not impressive and the way it has been done confirms a pretty cavalier approach to customers who have been loyal to metronet for many many years

Sorry to see you're not happy with some changes that have taken place, however there hasn't been a specific Metronet forum for many years, all the individual forums were merged into Community (Plusnet, Metronet, Force9, Free-Online).
Squirrelmail has been replaced with Roundcube, Metronet users can log in at https://webmail.metronet.co.uk or https://webmail.plus.net/
Are you having problems with the new webmail service? If so then take a look here and see if it's already been reported and let us know if not.
