i have now had plusnet for two weeks at first i was getting slow internet speeds but it all seems to be setteling in now when i have asked for help plusnet customer services have been excellent and very fast to respond i have used many internet suppliers over the years and have similar problems with most of them but from my experience plusnet deal with it much better than all but one of my old suppliers which was adsl24 .
i hope plusnet keep up the good work.
