on line chat is useless. do not allow you to type anything.

It took ages to wait for your turn.  But the windows does not allow you to type anything when it is my turn.  Also after waiting for a long time, the chat window does not make a beep or sound or blink at all.  Do you really expect people stop doing anything else and just stare at the on line chat windows.

I haven't had a problem typing on the 3 occasions I've used it, how odd. I still found it pretty useless though.

i used the online chat yesterday and although it worked as expected, i agree that it was a useless experience.
i was basically told that they couldn't help and i would need to use the phone.
what's the point in having the online chat if they can't replicate what can be done using the phone.

I was told I needed to phone, all I want is a returns bag but appear to be ignored by whatever method I try to contact PN. When I looked at phoning the first time there were 59 calls waiting then 52!
