pat on the back

I see the many posts about problems but there must be many more clients, remaining invisible, who are happy with the Plusnet product and the Plusnet support.
I  had teething problems following my fibre installation but the support teams have been rapid responders to my queries, diagnosis was good, fix arranged via a re-visit from OpenReach within a day.
From me you get a pat on the back, not a brickbat.

Re: pat on the back

Thanks a lot TW,
I know for a fact a that we do have a LOT of happy customers out there, however human nature tends to dictate that positive things don't get shouted about as much Smiley
