plusnet email - upset me

not happy when plusnet send me an email offering me £9.99 a month unlimited broadband. yes please I thought, then I said to myself surely they wouldn't send this to some one who doesn't get the discounted offers because I'm not in one of the bundled package exchange areas, read small print in email and of course best price they can offer £16.99 with 12 month  contract. gggrrrrrrrr

Really sorry about this, I've flagged this up to our marketing team that send these mails to try and cut down the chances of this happening in future.
