Have waited a week for a new router because my speed is running at 248
but alas today found out they had forgot to order one for me
so have to wait another week .
Have borrowed a router from a neighbour but alas been told now to wait another 72 hours
to see if this was the problem but no one has offered a reduction & no supervisor available !!
never had this problem with Vodafone at Home.
Had an telephone engineer out 10 days ago he found no line problem ,
but no broadband engineer .
I am very annoyed

hiya ,, was with bt changed to PN.. router arrived 4 days b4 connection is fantastic and quick

Really sorry to hear that, though it does look like the connection has stabilised and your profile has jumped back up to 2500 - I've set your profile on our side to match, please let us know if the speed hasn't improved.
