Absolutely great offer.

However, if like me, you are already a broadband and mobile customer, it is not for us.

Again a "new customer" offer only.

You should be able to phone and get a new plan with the extra data

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks Mister W for the reply.

I understand that I can upgrade my plan by paying extra and receive an extra 2gb of data, but not add it to my existing plan and pay no extra.

I have tried.

Maybe its time for a change.
