OK just tried on the PN Standard DNS on a virgin Laptop (one that has never connected to PN before rather than your competitor !), and guess what, blocked........
I have reported the line that keeps dropping online as you suggested, especially as you can also see a lot of disconnections on the line.

Very odd. I'll try and connect as you and see if I can replicate the issue from the office. Won't be until next week though now. Which sites are showing as blocked?
