After all the problems I think that is the least PN can do, I am still not happy by a long way.
I was told there were no charges anyway, it's a different story with every PN employee I speak with. The only PN employees that know their stuff are on the forum and I am grateful for what they have done and I have thanked them several times in this thread.
At the end of the day we are still getting very low speeds and IMO its just not good enough.

Shame PN couldn't work out a FTTC package if your line is accepting orders.
