There is a 10 day notice period, but that's it. I've been on to your account and removed the £25 fee for the setup and the £40 for the router.

Yes, but if you don't use it your service will stay with us. It's worth giving us a call once the migration completes as sometimes we aren't notified automatically so might try to take another bill.

Why?
After all the problems I think that is the least PN can do, I am still not happy by a long way.
I was told there were no charges anyway, it's a different story with every PN employee I speak with. The only PN employees that know their stuff are on the forum and I am grateful for what they have done and I have thanked them several times in this thread.
At the end of the day we are still getting very low speeds and IMO its just not good enough.

I suppose as you need a Mac code you are going to another ISP supplyer using the same BT copper.

I don't need your luck thanks, and My new Internet is fibre optic for the same price as we are paying PN for their broadband. I'll post speeds when it's set up

Shame PN couldn't work out a FTTC package if your line is accepting orders.

Its the likes of ask4, orgin , ripwire, unitel ect ect
