I've checked your account for you this afternoon and can confirm that one of our night shift agents has increased your profile to 6500k as required. I've tested the connection myself since and all now looks well from this end. As such, please could you re test your connection speeds when you have a spare 5 minutes and let us know should you still be suffering any problems?

(faints in shock) Download speed now nearly 6 meg!!! Upload speed 0.37 which sounds very very slow but I'm not sure what upload speed should be!
However....I still have phone and router connected via test socket, I am worried that if I disconnect and re connect them as normal BT will reset my profile to 250 yet again.
