suggestion that plusnet should provide a comprehensive status service

As above i think that plusnet should provide a comprehensive status page like akin to ZEN and some others that list both faults and outages as well as planned maintenance , in detail too
It would then allow us that play online games ,sometimes early mornings due to time zones ,to plan or be better prepared for BT's maintenance or reports of faults on network nodes that may affect our services , take this morning twice my PPPOE session was terminated the I found the info on ZEN's status it should on been on plusnet , part of basic customer service and support is it not?

We do post updates to our service statuses that we feel will impact a large majority of our users, however, this does mean that we may miss some areas out at times. I do understand where you're coming from and I'm happy to pass the feedback on. It may be something that we look into expanding in the future, however, at the moment there's nothing set in stone.
