good,- nay great isp,website & customer services
bad - support to existing customers i.e. no loyalty bonus's for committed customers, in 
                terms of say ,discounts off monthly tarriff
ugly -  Plusnet employs some Wednesdayites football fans
                    although I can't  believe it.
                          1, Ive yet to see football played that side of the city
                          2. I thought P.C. people were all intelligent
