Further to the response from Chris.

 

@Gus I've listened to the housemove call and Upload speed is not mentioned by yourself or the Plusnet advisor at any point during the call.

 

However the advisor does say "The package itself is staying exactly the same" so I am happy to make sure your put back on 20Mbps upload.

Would PN consider that a 2 upload is no good Ticked_off and revert back to the min 10 upload as it now becoming regular post on Fiber board !
