I've taken a look over your account and I can see you spoke to the Customer Options Team today requesting your MAC, prior to that nobody had looked at your account in a long period. What day did you ask for your MAC and can you remember the name of who you spoke to as they certainly didn't look at your account?

I'm not sure that *all* ISP's will TBH.
The generation of your MAC is an automated process. It's issued a few days after it's requested in case a retention offer has been made. It gives you a few days to reconsider your situation in light of what our Customer Options Team might have advised you. In the grander scheme of things it doesn't make a great deal of difference as we require 10 days notice to cancel your account anyway (the MAC is provided within 5).
