PHP Upgrade
Customers with websites hosted on the Plusnet/Hostopia CGI platform will have seen the installation of PHP the web-server uses upgraded from version 5.x to 7.x.
There are some significant differences between these versions of PHP, so customers may notice areas of their website are broken or some of their scripts have stopped working.

Alternatively, impacted customers can revert back to PHP 5 using the PHP Manager in the Hosting Control Panel but as always we can't guarantee that PHP 5 won't be completely removed at a later date though.
