When trying to use my desk top to access the internet I get the following message..
Sorry but you are not allowed to access the internet at the moment.
The BT access control in your smart hum has been set to prevent this computer or device from accessing the internet
The access control will need to be updated if you need to connect to the internet.
BT access control settings can be changed using the smart hub manager which is password protected.
Never had this message before....Tablet can connect ok....
What password is it talking about, I do not recall setting any password.
Hub 6.
Can someone advise me of how I sort this out.....I cannot understand how my iPad connects and works fine with no messages but the desktop does not ?
Is this a genuine message or some malware scam ?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Solved......
Uninstalled Firefox....reinstalled it and back on line....
Assume this must be some scam....
