Not just you, they have "Thanked" 9 times on this thread, and I noticed they have done the sme to loads of others, including many without a reply.

Re: Delete connected device

Yes private wifi is switched on on my families iPads I'll try changing that to see if that is what sets up the spoof ip/mac address.

I "like" a post I either find helpful, or agree with.

Re: Delete connected device

I just got round to trying switching off the Private wifi address on my wife's iPad, with this de-selected it works fine and does not get disabled when I block what appears to be the spoof mac address. But I still can't delete the the spoof device.

Re: Delete connected device

I have managed to figure this out now with everyone help, so thank you all for your comments.

I removed both iPads then rebooted the router, this then allowed me to remove the unknown device.

I then switched the WiFi back on on my wife's iPad then this was shown in the device list along with a new unknown device.

This unknown device is indeed being created by an iPad connecting to my network.

I have now labeled this as an Apple Spoof Device so I know what it is.

Thanks again to everyone who contributed to this post its help me to understand what has happened on my network and also given me the confidence to realise that this was not someone hacking into my network.
