Forticlient and VPN

I was using Forticlient but now it will not connect. Same for company VPN. Plusnet say it is nothing their end. Company IT say nothing their end. Fed up being ping pong ball between the two of them. I can some people have fixed the problem but cannot see the fixes. My only change is moving house. Got a new router sent (to my old address!). Not made any difference. Considering changing provider if I cannot resolve. Any help out there?

Have either of the services worked since moving house ?

Fotuclient has not worked at all. The VPN's will work for an hour then drop out. Cannot reconnect with out doing a reset

I suspect changing home has changed IP Address. Don't know about Fotuclient but it may be tied to your old IP address, as may your VPN configs.  Worth checking with your works IT.
