Looking for an SMS only SIM, is there such a thing?

They have gone up since I got mine earlier in the year. An EE one is cheaper but their credit expires (I think not checked)
I administer my account on 3 via the web site, not had to top up (ever), but as has been said you can do it there, or you can add a card to auto topup.
