Hello hello hello good evening good evening good evening... It's End of Day time again, and nearly the end of the week. One day and counting until I'm on holiday, two days and counting until the FA Cup Final! Hopefully Wembley will be basking in sunshine and we'll see some great football. But first let's post Thursday's End of Day, today we only have one contribution and it's Mark from the faults team:

Just a quick update from the faults team:
On faults today we have been extremely busy as usual. I've been covering logged faults, this work flow consists of dealing with faults that have already been looked at by BT. We liaise with the customer and supplier to ensure the customer is kept updated.
Alex has been dealing with those all important speed faults.
Munky is dealing with no synchronisation issues and authentication problems.
Tony has been dealing with home phone issues and with 1 left to be looked at he's doing a great job.
Brad has been working through intermittent synchronisation faults and brainstorming some process improvement ideas to ensure we deal with faults as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Tom has been working with me on logged faults.
