Your public IP address is still responding to ping, what is the current setting for the Firewall on the Hub Two for

1) Incoming ping - YES or NO

2) DMZ - ON or OFF

Does the BQM graph looking normal (working)?

If not I would suggest disabling for a while to drop the BQM connection to you

Incoming ping on Hub 2 is NO and DMZ is ON.  BQM graph still solid red.  What do I disable? Just disconnect the BT socket for 30mins?

I'd leave it until tomorrow in case this https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/Remote-pinging-of-my-Static-IP-stopped-or-blocked-at-midnigh... is affecting pings from outside the Plusnet networkk

I am referring to disabling the BQM graph found here, just below the graph on the Think Broadband site

Edit: disable it now and restart tomorrow morning
