No usable internet

My internet connection went down overnight. The router indicates it’s connected to the internet, and the ONT has green lights. I’ve restarted everything, but the problem persists. I reported it to tech support about an hour ago and am still waiting for a call back. Anyone else having trouble?

I did have something very similar but it connectivity is ok now with moderately worst latency.

Correction - some websites are still not available.

I am unable to access NHS Login.

Almost mutually inverse of one another! Is that big brother BT temporarily requisitioning PN's capacity? 😋

DL is about what is supposed to be and latency is slighly above normal.

@Ndbrails what speed are you getting on your side and is it testing it via wired or wireless?
