Changed my PN mobile to EE as suggested way back late September early October time.
Every month since I get an email saying I am £1.81 in credit so you won't be taking payment this month. I queried this in November and was assured the money would be credited to my account.
It's obvious reading through other threads PN have a problem with credits in their finance department.
Can someone please sort this out and stop the monthly emails?
