Help with Bill . Massive increase.

Hi usually my bill is £24 but this month its £52. Even with the increase it wouldn't be anywhere near that. We don't have a landline but do pay the line rental. As we can't get full fibre yet. .

Have you reached the end of your contract period and automatically been moved to the rolling monthly 'out of contract' price ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Its the last month before the contract finishes.

You pay a month in advance, so its likely that some part of the months change will be at 'out of contract' rate. I'd suggest calling the Customer options team on 0330 1239 123 and negotiating a new contract. If the new contract is started immediately, then you should get refunded a large portion of the higher monthly charge.
