ADSL customer 12M can I upgrade to a fibre package on 12M

Hi I'd like to upgrade to 12M Fibre not 18M, previously I did this many years ago is this possible to upgrade from ADSL 12M to Fibre Extra 12M and not 18M

@ware90 I don't quite understand the question. Fibre packages are either Unlimited Fibre (40/10) or Unlimited Fibre Extra (80/20). If you post the results of BT Broadband (obscuring your phone number) we could explain your options.

Do you mean 12 months as opposed to 18 months?

Hi apologies, am awaiting a plusnet staff to answer this also,

Yes I'm on a 12 momth ADSL

I'd like to upgrade to Fibre 66mbps

But on a 12 month C, which I'm currently on with ADSL online system only offering me 18M, previously years ago I managed to upgrade from ADSL 12month to Fibre 12Month.

Ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and tell them what you want with the alternative of you moving on. You can't do it on this forum.
