Access to NS&I bank login (secure.nsandi.com)

Attempt to login to NS&I bank website fails with "this site can't be reached".  On contacting NS&I they tell me that this is a problem for Plusnet customers that the bank has contacted Plusnet about.  And I can reach the login site using my mobile network (EE).  Does anyone know what the issue is and when this will be resolved?

@marktewk its not just Plusnet! It also includes (at least!) Zen & EE and is very likely any supplier using the BTwholesale network. There's a long thread about it here https://community.plus.net/t5/Everything-else/Can-t-reach-NS-amp-I-login-page/m-p/1977075

I am not convinced it is a 'Plusnet' issue - I can't access it over my Zen connection, either, although I can reach the login page via the 'home' NS&I  site. Don't know if you can login from there - I don't have an NS&I account to try.
