Activation

So I have had a huge issue with plusnet with my home move, we tried to get fibre installed to our new home, we provided 4 weeks notice (mid November) and still to this date no internet. Plusnet then offered broadband within 3 days, then we got an email an hour later after coming off the phone telling me the activation date is in 10 days (today). Surprise surprise still no internet. I have an active complaint about this whole joke of a situation. I stupidly thought I would have internet today.

So it's now 12am, no internet, no email to say its been activated, this joke of a company has AGAIN failed to provide Internet to my property. Firstly can't provide full fibre after months and now can't provide basic copper Internet, absolutely pathetic, explains why the prices are so cheap.

I'm really sorry that the activation didn't go ahead as planned yesterday. 

 

I've contacted Openreach who advise this was due to resourcing issues in your area. I've taken ownership of handling this as a complaint for you and I've arranged the soonest available appointment for Monday between 08:00 and 13:00. 

 

Apologies it wasn't a good time when I phoned and will call again a little later this morning.
