Another Disaster, any help please

Here's my problem, what to do next?
1. Tried to recontract
2. Lost my phone, Plusnet did broadband only contract
3. Plusnet advised could have my phone back but different number
4. Plusnet advised would take up to 3 weeks.
5. In the meantime broadband has been OK, no effect
6. Phone came on this morning with the new phone number
7. Hub said it was connected but we had no broadband
8. Plusnet said we could connect the hub.
9. Have completely reset hub to factory settings, still says connected but we have no broadband, wifi or ethernet.
Not sure what to do next, can anyone help?

Thanks, contacted by phone and a nice lady sorted it out.
Still bemused why they said it was on when it wasn't but OK now

Even more confusion now.
Plusnet have raised an order and are in the process of sending me another router.
JLP Zyxel VMG3925-B10C
JLP seems to stand for John Lewis Partnership.
Why do I need this router when I have a Plusnet Hub 2 that's working OK.
Can anyone help.
