BT Speed test additional diagnostics not working

BT Speed test further diagnostics for the last few weeks keeps saying that during the test an error occurred.

I have tried running it on Edge, Chrome and Firefox but they give the same message,

My download speed was about 50mbs now the best I can get is about 43mbs.

@Gandalf can you get BTWholesale looking into this. I am also on different ISP as the BT additional diagnostics is broken again as it been like this for 3 weeks now with no fix.
