Bad DL speed and product issue

I had issues earlier in the week with loss of connection, reported it via textbot and connection has been resolved.

However currently my download speed seems to be capped at 16 Mbps, which I've tested on a variety of devices with all equipment connected at the master socket (I'm aware that a bed in period is needed after certain faults).

Even so having been with plusnet for many years I've never had a speed this low after any issue (I've had one or two over the years) the speeds have generally returned to acceptable levels quite quickly.

The contract I'm on which is the "Unlimited fibre extra" which has a minimum guaranted speed of 32Mb (normally I max out at it's top rating of 40Mb). 

Checking my account on the website gives me concern for the following reasons.

On the home dashboard the estimated download speed noted next to my product of the "Unlimted fibre extra" is 16-18Mbps!

Not what my contract says as above!

Can I have someone look into this and get back to me here,

I would call but I'm off to work and will be mostly out of contact.
