Been given the run around by plusnet

I have a on going issue with my broadband. My speed halved in the last 6 months. I've now had 3 engineers out to my property and all have said the issue is with the cabinet. The issue is also effecting the houses surrounding me. My question is how likely am I to ever get this resolved. Each time I speak to plusnet I get contradictory information of each person I speak to. The last guy was trying to tell me my minimum speed is 18mbps when I'm on the highest fttc plan my original speed was high 70's. Any how I was advised someone would contact me in the next 24hrs but the text I have received today takes me to a link saying I can no longer reply online. Clearly away to make things difficult for me. Is this a common approach by plusnet to shut down a complaint. Any input from other users would be appreciated. Regards lee

If the issue is with the cab, then the only people who can resolve it are Openreach, and if it is a major/expensive job, they will be reluctant to do much, given the money they are spending on the Full Fibre roll-out.

Hopefully one of the Help Team will pick this topic up and possibly be able to see what can be done.

Thanks for your response that was kinda the impression the openreach engineers have given me they have said there's a fault but all they can do is pass it back. Been disappointed the way plusnet have dealt with my complaint many promisesed call backs that haven't happened, contradictory responses and now closing down my ability to respond online.
