Big difference between actual download rate vs attainable

I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced some issues recently. I've tested the line this afternoon and haven't been able to locate any underlying faults, with no banding present and the speeds running at the rate we'd expect them to. Has anything changed on your end since your last post on Monday?

Sorry for the delay - busy week. It appears after a power-reset the download speeds have sustained with my modem reporting "Actual Rate: 73078000 bps", so I'm happy the results are looking better.
