Billing Issues

Hi

Last month my payment was late, and I was charged a total of £67.20 (including my initial bill, plus late payment fees)

I have just received this month's bill, and it's exactly the same as what I have just paid with late fees again.

I paid my late bill on the 7th of May at 11.25 am for a total of £67.20. Can a member of staff please explain this to me please?
