Blocked packets icmp replay

Could someone please help me with this Icmp replay type 3. The connection always cuts off while in video calls. It's really annoying. 

I have tried disabling upnp and 5ghz. Both of them failed. Could you guys look into the screenshot and help me on how to fix it.

I've not been able to locate the Plusnet account through your Community Profile, are you able to send me a PM with the account username? In the meantime, are these issues happening over both wired and wireless connections?

I haven't checked for wired as we use it on mobile devices.

Yes please, other than that, we can't really see anything else on our end which might explain the disconnections. Let us know how you get on though, and we'll be happy to follow up.
