Hiya @Rybenuk,
I'm sorry you are now having a further issue with your connection and for the hassle it is causing.
Can you look at the image below and tell me if any of the drops are you rebooting the router at all?

All those disconnects/reconnects are what I am talking about. From 9ish last night and now clearly continuing into today from the picture, when I'm not even there as I'm at work currently.

the timings on that picture are really odd considering those are the times when people including myself aren't using the Internet or phone lines.

@Rybenuk Your phone being connected has absolutely no bearing on this issue at all - as I'm certain I have said before in this topic, it is obviously a fault somewhere along the cable connecting you to the exchange, (or some intermediate equipment, if there is any).
Similarly, other people using their equipment would not cause this issue. This needs investigation on the Openreach network, as that is where the issue is,
It would be interesting to see your error logs from the start of today, if you could get to them when you return from work?

It could b that there was maintenance happening during that time which can cause it to drop, having said that monitor it tonight and if the same happens again text HELP to 07800008121.
Once done get back to us here and I will pick this up for you.

@SammyM Sorry, although I could possibly accept that for the late-night drops, that long line of disconnections after 0700 this moring is highly unlikely to be maintenance - IIRC that usually happens post 0300 if it is routine.

Just to make doubly sure, this isn't caused by me upgrading last night? As it was literally 30 mins after I did it the drops happened after 2 days of non stop connection. (just want to make sure it wasn't something I did in error)

@Rybenuk ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with your upgrade. That VR graph is clearly showing loss of connection outside the period you were using the internet - unless you're a night-owl, and they show loss of DSL sync - typical BT/OR equipment failures.

Certainly not a night owl, but I was certainly trying to use the Internet around 9pm onwards till 11ish.my pc was on and connected, and drops occurred.
Today's drops- definitely wasn't on pc, as was out of flat by then, so does indicate something outside that's broken. Just a shame after a faultless weekend of connection. Must have just been super lucky as weather wasn't best throughout weekend to Monday.
I still think the culprit is the knackered old BT box on outside of property, or the cabling to the pole, as per my picture I uploaded earlier in thread, but until Openreach physically come and visit I have no way of knowing or remedying it.

OK, @Rybenuk . @SammyM / @csmith94 / @MatthewWheeler - is it not time Openreach sorted this customer out?

@Rybenuk When you do get the engineer, show them that photo - the cabling needs replacing.
