If you click the link, it should open a 'question' - if it does, scroll to the bottom , there should be a link that says 'I need to add further details' (or similar), click that and it should allow you to add your availability. NOTE: I'm working from memory on this as I'm no longer with Plusnet.

I am in a similar position, from memory - but seem to remember needed another tab logged into the member centre ?

@Mustrum You could be right, although when I last had to reply to a ticket, that was not needed, but the system has possibly been 'improved'.
