Broadband connection dropping

For several weeks my broadband connection is dropping several times a day, today it has dropped completely and it says the connection is excellent however we have no connection on phones or tvs. This keeps happening and I recently had an engineer out to fit a new socket. This hasn’t helped at all. Have no idea how to fix this issue, when telephoning it also said the Plusnet number is no longer available

@emmamacicharlie What number are you calling - 0800 432 0200 is available 0800-2000?

@emmamacicharlie I've checked the line and it is dropping a lot, especially the past couple of days. Has anything changed on your side at all? Are you able to send photos of the set up at all?
