Coming to the forums as despite messaging plus net over messenger 2 days ago i’ve had zero response.
I want to get out after price hikes.
My broadband was activated on 20th Dec 2021 on an 18 month contract, yet Plusnet are claiming my contract started on 1st Feb 2022 so will run to 31st July this year.
Anyone else had this issue? Basically pulled a contract start date from thin air & getting an extra 6 weeks out of me.
