Broadband down in Castlefield Manchester

Hi my postcode is M15 4LG. My broadband has been down since about 4am last night. The diagnostics bot keeps saying it is a network issue in my area and it should be fixed in 4 hours, which it hasn’t been. Please can I have a more detailed update about what’s going on?

No faults are being reported there when I put in my landline number.

Very strange - that is a direct kink to the BT/OpenReach faults reporting system. Sorry it didn't work, but there again, the bot is not that reliable either.
