Broadband down

My broadband was slow yesterday, could only have one technology connected to the broadband or everything wouldn't work.
Today the Internet light wouldn't come on on my router. The broadband light keeps flashing. And WiFi light flashs a little. I have reset etc. But still refusing to work.

I tried that, after several hours, plusnet still not fixed the problem. Only two weeks left on my contract. Trying to stop me finding another provider.

@Terriedawn I can see that our Text Bot has found a fault on your line and an engineer has been booked for you. This has been sent out via email, the engineer is booked for 16th September AM.

An engineer may have been booked, but I haven't received anything email stating such.

Willcutforth, thanks. The engineer did arrive, broadband is sort of working. Nowhere as good as it was, very slow and keeps cutting out.
