The site responds to a ping so I'd try a traceroute (tracert for windows)
tracert homecinema.curzon.com
Tracing route to homecinema.curzon.com [104.26.13.109]
over a maximum of 30 hops:
1 2 ms 1 ms 1 ms 192.168.10.1
2 13 ms 11 ms 10 ms 195.166.130.255
3 14 ms 12 ms 11 ms 213.120.163.8
4 11 ms 11 ms 11 ms 217.32.240.91
5 13 ms 10 ms 10 ms core1-hu0-15-0-8.ukcore.bt.net [213.121.192.84]
6 13 ms 11 ms 10 ms peer2-et-7-0-2.slough.ukcore.bt.net [109.159.252.128]
7 15 ms 13 ms 13 ms 195.99.126.97
8 48 ms 54 ms 14 ms 141.101.71.107
9 13 ms 12 ms 13 ms 104.26.13.109
HTH
Edit: Use the IP Address 104.26.13.109 to check the route

I have a Plusnet Hub 2 router, with Primary DNS 212.159.13.49 and secondary DNS 212.159.6.9. Can anyone confirm this is a DNS error and get it corrected?
You can change your dns settings in the Hub2 to check it yourself.
Home > Advance Settings > Network
Then pick some others such as:
Google: Primary, secondary DNS servers: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Cloudflare: Primary, secondary DNS servers: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
If it helped click the thumb
If it fixed it click 'This fixed my problem'

Thanks dvorak. Turns out the problem wasn't quite what I thought it was: I thouight I was using Plusnet DNS because th0se were the primary and secondary addresses when I looked ast the Broadband page in Advance Settings, but when Ilooked at the Network page as you suggest, it told me I was still using CloudFlare DNS, which I switched to a couple of years ago when the Plusnet DNS wsnet down. As soon as I switched DNS back to Auto and restarted my devices, Curzon worked fine!
