Can’t exit the management page

Have set up new broadband after receiving confirmation email. Router is connected but every time we try to connect it takes us to the Hub Management page. There is no option to proceed and if we close the page we’re back to the start. We have put in admin password and added own login details but still unable to connect.

@moses3622 When did you receive the confirmation email?

Try resetting the Hub and try connecting again - it could be PN's system is not quite set up yet - it can take up to 23.59 of your go live date for all the bits to fall into place,

Thank you for your reply, I received the confirmation at 23 February,and yes,I try to reset the router before I send this post.but it’s the same situation.

@moses3622 I find that strange. Unfortunately, I do not use a PN Hub, and am not even a PN subscriber any more, so can't run any checks for you, but hopefully another Community member can assist.

Which service have you subscribed to, Fibre (copper cable service) or Full Fibre (fibre optic cable service)

For Full Fibre there is a ONT, what are the lights displaying?

Is it a Hub Two, what colour is the light displaying and is it flashing?

Flashing orange light - Your hub is working but the broadband signal can’t be detected.
Orange light - Your hub is receiving a broadband signal but isn't connected to the Internet
Blue light - Your hub is connected to your broadband OK

My service is full fibre,and there is a Hub two away have a blue light

Going to management page suggests there is not an active broadband connection, are you connecting via a wired or wireless connection, if wireless can you try wired?

Hub two WAN port should connect directly to the Fibre ONT.

Silly question: is the router you used before going to full fibre turned off?

The problem here is that the OP is 'stuck' on the default setup@plusdsl.net username. This happens where there is no association between the serial number of a hub we have shipped and a customer's account. Devices in this state will try redirecting the Internet session to the admin interface at http://192.168.1.254

@moses3622 - I have made some corrections at this side, and from what I can tell it should have resolved your issue?
