My internet went down at just after 12:00PM and I am unable to get my router to login. It's a Tenda model and says "No response from the remote server. Please check whether your computer can access the internet directly using your Modem. If no, contact your ISP for help."
I have tried rebooting the router and DSL modem but no luck. I am using my phone to post this. The DSL connection is on and every appears to be working but I cannot get an internet connection out or the server is blocking my login? I have sent a text message to the HELP line number but they don't open until 08:00AM.
EDIT: The connection just came back up. I seem to have a lot of these intermittent problems though. This is not the first time this has happened, A similar thing happened last week (was down for around 30 minutes). Can you look into this please?

@deadman2020 At that time, probably BT/OR network maintenance.

Hi there,
I'm really sorry for the issues you're having with your connection.
I've tested your line today and I can see there's a major service problem in the area, which engineers are working on.
It was supposed to be fixed by 6am this morning, but looks to be ongoing. Should be sorted soon for you!

OK, @Gandalf - I wasn't querying your reply, just pointing out the OP got service back - and you should know I could kind of guess that the issue could be 'intermittent' - I've had enough fun & games myself. 😀
