Connection down

I was using my PS5 and the connection went down. Checked my PC and it's down there too. Gave both the router and Openreach box a reboot and even though all the lights are green (power, dsl lan1) there is no internet connectivity. I've sent a HELP text but nobody will be there at this time of night obviously. Anyone up this late in support? Posting from my phone.

I'm really pleased the connection returned shortly after and hopefully it stays this way Smiley I have tested your line though this hasn't highlighted anything that may have caused the drop.
