Would that reveal PPP/xDSL drops? - I'm still interested in the events before the last one on the final screenshot.
These event logs are very much like the Hub Two in format.
@Lovelythanks look at categories in event log and if the is an option for WAN select that. Saving the event log (captures all the Hubs activities) and attaching it to the thread would be more useful rather than screen shots. However attaching files is no straight forward using a smart phone/tablet, you need to select desktop mode on the browser.
Posting a screen shot Technical Log >Information tab would also be very useful.
HTH.

@Lovelythanks Thanks for those event log shots. You have had at least one complete disconnection, and your router seems to be having problems establishing PPP sessions.
There are a number of entries in those logs which I don't really understand, so I think I'll leave this to @Dan_the_Van so I don't give false information, but there is something wrong here - either a fault in the BT/OR network, and or a problem with your kit - how old is the router?

Bit off topic, but I'm not around much today, so I won't be in a position to look at anything until very much later.
I note a mention of a high resistance fault, have you plugged the Hub into the test socket found behind the master socket? This is a good starting point in fault find your issue.
Dan.

@jab1 There's a lot of extra stuff in the logs that make it harder to pick out the WAN information but the line is definitely dropping and it doesn't look good
At 20:01:15 VDSL Link up Down Rate=45356Kbps..............SNR Margin down 0.0dB
I would say a line fault that needs to be investigated.

@RealAleMadrid I totally agree - I spotted that, but the numerous other entries, as you say, make it hard to pick things up. Noticed lots of PPPOE errors as well.

Thank you for all the responses. Is there no way the PLEX server or RING DOORBELL could be a factor? I am not home currently so unable to post shots of the router details but I have received no reports from the girls back at base of then dropping issue occurring. I will post the bits asked for when I return home tomorrow.

@Lovelythanks I sincerely doubt either of those bits of kit could be a factor in this at all, but I'll have a re-read of the topic, just to make sure I haven't missed anything.
EDIT: The doorbell and server have nothing to do with this - it is due to loss of connection with the BT/OR network.

@Lovelythanks Thanks for those event logs &c. I have just had a quick scan through the event logs, and you have had a number of DSL drops over the period, which I suspect are due to issues with the BT/OR infrastructure.
I've been out for most of the day, and have other things to attend to this evening, so will have a closer look tomorrow, but in the meantime, as it won't hurt to get PN's attention again:
First thing to check: Is your phoneline clear? Dial 17070 (preferably from a corded phone), select option 2. Once your phone number is confirmed, there should be silence on the line except for the regular 'Quiet Line Test' message - any other noise, report a PHONE problem via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/
If the phone test passes, report a broadband problem via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/
Let us know the result - if the tests come back as clear but you still have a problem, we need to investigate further.

a potential high resistance fault was reported before by plusnet support, this would not help the situation.
was this ever looked at? Have an open question for connection issue?
Do you have a Master Socket 5c with a filtered faceplate? The faceplate has been know to introduce noise on the line if not correctly seated, I'd try reseating it. see if that helps.

@Dan_the_Van I do seem to remember that - @Lovelythanks has this been investigated/sorted? I note you asked the same question, Dan, BTW.
