Connection dropping

I had a problem with Download speeds. An engineer came out to the green box and the issue with Download speeds was resolved. Immediately after I now have issues with the connection disconnecting. It happens all day everyday every 2-3 minutes. The hub will flash the orange light the connection will drop and it will automatically reconnect itself. It just repeats this cycle.

Anyone know what the issue could be or if there's anything I can try on my side besides the usual off/on & restart.

@MikeKilo92 Welcome to the forum. This sounds like an xDSL connection problem. Which Hub do you have?

Hi,
Thanks for replying. I have the Hub 1. Just to reiterate this issue only started after an engineer went out to the green box to tweak my Download speeds. Nothing in my property has changed.

OK. Can you please provide the Hubs 'Help Desk' page (obscuring personal details) and the WAN tab from the Event Log, please?

@MikeKilo92 Looking at those pictures, although the log one is a little 'small text size', I would suggest you report a broadband issue, either by phone or the text service: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/ . Your connection is banded, and the downstream SNR figure is way too low - it should ideally be around 6dB, given your attenuation figures.
