Connection regularly dropping

Connection regularly dropping

Hi all,
Had some real issues today, the connection has been dropping throughout the morning and making work quite difficult.
Looking in the logs I'm seeing the sessions are ended either on Timeout or Could not resolve host.
Not sure where to get started on this really?

Hi centwistle2021, I'm sorry that you're having some problems with the connection dropping out.
I've just been running some line tests which don't show any obvious causes, can you try following the checks shown here next please?
